Ceremony only
With two beautiful settings available for your ceremony, you may find it difficult to choose! Each setting is unique and offers something special. Choose from our magical Cathedral in the Pines or our beautiful secluded Woodland Meadow.
Our ceremony package is available Sunday — Thursday. The package includes the use of our Bride’s and Groom’s rooms and your choice of ceremony site for four hours.
It does not include the use of the barn.

Wedding and Reception
From beginning to end, we are here to make sure your day is everything you’ve dreamed of and one that your guests will be talking about for years to come!
Your day begins with you and your bride tribe being pampered with mimosas and a snack tray while you get ready in our fabulous bride’s room. When the big moment comes, your Ceremony Coordinator is there to make sure your ceremony goes off without a hitch. After that, step into the beautifully decorated barn and let the party begin!

Weekend Package – $12,000
Rent the entire Wedding Barn property Friday – Sunday for your rehearsal dinner, early decorating, wedding and reception, Sunday brunch and gift opening.
Weekend Package Rental: Fri. noon – 11:00 p.m., Sat. 8:00 a.m.- midnight, Sun. 9:00 a.m. – noon.
Reception only
Looking for the perfect place to celebrate the night away? Our century old barn provides a rustically elegant backdrop for the reception of your dreams. The massive hand-hewn beams, beautiful red weathered siding, hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and huge barn doors draw you in and create a wonderful space for you and your guests to enjoy. We also include all of our design items, onsite staff, yard games, bonfire, outdoor bar, patio and more!
This package is an 8 hr. rental of the barn only and does not include use of Bride’s or Groom’s dressing rooms.

- Sales tax is NOT included in rates
- Saturday rates will apply to any day that falls on or precedes a holiday.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and a reservation is not complete until a signed contract has been submitted with a non-refundable deposit.
- Wedding/Reception or Reception Only Deposit: $2500
- Wedding Only Deposit: $1000
- Weekend Package Deposit: $4500
- 4% Processing Fee is charged for Credit Cards
Weddings for warriors
We offer a $500 discount off our full service wedding/reception package to any Bride or Groom who is an active duty law enforcement officer, firefighter, military personnel, or any honorably discharged vet. THANK YOU for your service!

What is your alcohol policy?
You may choose any Licensed Alcohol Caterer but you may NOT provide your own alcohol.
Is your barn heated or air conditioned?
No. We did not want to alter or destroy the beauty of our century old barn with insulation and new siding. We left the original beams exposed and added an amazing 8′ windmill ceiling fan, an exhaust fan, and we have five portable cooling units for the warm summer months. For cooler days, we have added a wonderful rustic fireplace and supplemental heating to keep everyone cozy and comfortable. Our dressing rooms and bathrooms are heated and air conditioned.
Do you provide catering?
No. You are free to choose your own caterer. Please see our preferred Vendor List for suggestions
How many people does the barn hold?
The barn will seat 184 people

Is there a place onsite for the bridal party to get ready?
Yes. We have fabulous dressing rooms for both the Bride and Groom that are heated and air conditioned.
Do you have onsite parking?
Yes! We have free parking onsite. A parking attendant is provided to direct your guests. Handicapped parking is available.
Is shuttle service available to and from area hotels to the wedding?
Yes! There are several local bus rental services that you may hire to transport your guests to and
from the wedding to their hotels.
Do you provide lawn games or a bonfire?
Yes!
Is lodging available?
Lodging is available nearby at Wilderness Lodge. You will also find a variety of other resorts, Airbnbs, and hotels in the area.
Can we set up the day before the wedding?
All set up and tear down must be done during your rental period.
